Option 1:  Our Full Custom Bourbon Blending Experience 

Hands on at Willow Run. Taste 6 unique bourbons and create YOUR custom bourbon, just like people did right here in Cincinnati in the 1800s, when whiskey was of the people, by the people and for the people. Custom bourbon enables YOU to discover your bourbon whiskey preferences & create your personal recipe.

Reservations are highly recommended to reserve a spot, but walk-ins may be available.

“My Old Fashioned, My Way” Experience 

An immersive cocktail experience. The 1800s was the Golden Age of bourbon whiskey AND the launching point of cocktails.

Learn history about the original cocktail… the Old Fashioned. Also learn about the origin of bitters, variations of the Old Fashioned, and all about Willow Run (founded in 1865). Determine your sweetness, bitterness, and garnish choice. Then, create your own full sized Old Fashioned!

Dinner & Our Custom Bourbon Blending Experience

Offered select Friday and Saturday evenings at 6:15 PM. Blending starts around 6:45-7 PM.

This is identical to our original Custom Bourbon Blending Experience, but also includes:

  • Pre-selected dinner from our friends at Nicholson’s – Pasta Alla Whiskey (chicken on the side)

  • Bonus cocktail to enjoy during dinner before the blending experience

  • Mini sample flight of Aglamesis chocolates for dessert

Willow Run is Located On the North Side of the Fountain District!

At the corner of 7th and Walnut St., across the street from the Aronoff Center.

Parking & Navigating to Willow Run:

  • On-street, metered parking

  • Valet services are often available (especially on the weekends) at 118 E 6th St. (near Nada and Sotto).

  • Multiple surface lots and garages surround us

    • Some suggestions:

      • Closest: LAZ parking garage at 36 E 7th St. Reserve a spot

      • Next Closest: Olympic parking garage at 120 E 7th

      • Other great options:

        • Surface lot at 800 Walnut St.

        • 7W7 parking garage at 7 W 7th St.

        • Fountain Square parking garage at 520 Vine St.

        • LAZ surface lot at 705 Sycamore St.

Please build in traffic, parking, and walking time into your visit.
