How It Works
Step 1: Reserve Your Table
Embark on a facilitated experience with your group at Willow Run by making a reservation.
Standard Adult – $36.99 per person
Premium – $49.99 (includes mini charcuterie board)
Non-Bourbon Drinking Option – $36.99 (includes 2 drink tickets)
Premium Non-Bourbon Drinking Option – $49.99 (includes charcuterie and 2 drink tickets)

***Limited Initial Offerings – If you are seeking to do this experience at a time not currently offered, please feel free to reach out to us at info@willowrunbourbon.com. We may be able to add a time.
*It’s highly recommended that you do our Custom Bourbon Blending Experience before doing the “My Old Fashioned, My Way” Old Fashioned Cocktail Experience, but it is not necessary. You can create your own custom bourbon blend the fast way by clicking here (please keep that QR/recipe and bring it with you to this “My Old Fashioned, My Way” Experience).
If you’ve already created your Custom Bourbon, please bring that recipe. If you do not know your recipe and you purchased on our website, you can get it by clicking here. If that option does not yield results, please email us at info@willowrunbourbon.com or come early to the Experience with your bottle name.

Step 2: Arrive at Willow Run
Each group will be welcomed and escorted to their table.
(Please be sure to give time to find parking downtown.)
Step 3: Discover the Golden Age of Cocktails
Once your experience begins, you will have all the materials that are needed to create your own custom Old Fashioned.
Our “My Old Fashioned, My Way” Experience Facilitator will be available to help you and answer any questions along the way.
Step 4: Enjoy Crafting Your Old Fashioned
The 1800s was the Golden Age of bourbon whiskey AND the launching point of cocktails.
Professor Jerry Thomas published what is considered one of the first books on cocktails in 1862, and you’ll use his guidance to help create your own perfect Old Fashioned.
You’ll create your own old fashioned:
- Learn history about the Old Fashioned Cocktail, Bitters, and all about Willow Run (originally founded in 1865)
- Determine your sweetness, bitterness, & garnish choice
- Then, create your own full-sized Old Fashioned
Step 5: Purchase Your Personal Stock Custom Bottle, If You Haven’t Already (Optional)
After the experience, you can choose to purchase your custom bourbon, quickly bottled onsite before you leave for $49.99.
Step 6: Enjoy the Bar (Optional)
At the end of the experience, each participant will be able to purchase other cocktails, flights, etc.
