Dinner & Bourbon Blending Experience

This is identical to our normal blending experience, but also includes dinner and a bonus cocktail to enjoy during dinner before the blending experience!
The evening starts at 6 PM with your choice of a cocktail from the bar and dinner provided by Nicholson’s. Their Pasta Alla Whiskey (vegetarian, but chicken available on the side) is phenomenal (sorry, no substitutions/additions/subtractions). The blending experience will start between 6:45 and 7 PM. You’ll also receive a bonus mini-flight of our Aglamesis chocolate sample for dessert (goes great with bourbon!).
The Pasta Alla Whiskey from Nicholson’s includes: cavatappi pasta, whiskey spiked tomato cream sauce, blackened chicken (on the side), spinach, parmesan, crushed red pepper & bread on the side.
Embark on a journey to the 1800s – the Golden Age of bourbon whiskey, learn the history of bourbon in Cincinnati, taste unique bourbons and then blend them to craft your personal recipe during this experience presentation! After the experience you’ll have the option to purchase, name, and go home with a bottle of your custom blend ($49.99, plus tax)
The Non-Bourbon Drinker option includes 2 drink tickets good for cocktails, mocktails, beer, or unlimited soda. (1 half-bottle of wine = 2 tickets).

Looking for a private party? Please book 18 people (the entire room) for your time desired. Reach out to info@willowrunbourbon.com if you need additional time in the room (beyond 90 minutes- the experience will take about 60 minutes of that time, but your group is also welcome to continue to socialize in our bar area. Please also reach out if you need any additional accommodations (catering partner connections, etc.).
Well-behaved children are allowed in our experience room, but if they require a chair, a non-bourbon drinking option ticket would need to be purchased (we have great mocktails, soda, or can even swap out drink tickets for a bag of popcorn or a mini charcuterie board).

EXPERIENCE DETAILS
To begin your bourbon journey, choose your date and number of participants. Once your reservation is booked, we will send a reservation confirmation and additional information about the experience.
Upon arriving at our downtown Cincinnati location (please give time to secure parking in one of the many local garages and lots), guests will be welcomed by our host and taken to their table. After a short welcome introduction, the presentation by a member of our team will begin. The group will learn Cincinnati Bourbon history, taste six unique single wood bourbons and create bourbon recipes to their tastes.

- Experiences begin promptly at their scheduled time
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time

- All reservations sales are final. No refunds are offered, but you may reschedule to a future date with 24 hours notice
