THIS BOOKING IS FOR A CUSTOM BOURBON BLENDING EXPERIENCE IN OUR MAIN BAR AREA – The minimum to book this room is 20 participants. The Tasting Experience is approximately 60 minutes, but you’ll have the room for 2.5 hours total.

To begin your bourbon journey, choose your date and number of participants. Once your reservation is booked, we will send a reservation confirmation and additional information about the experience. 

Upon arriving at our downtown Cincinnati location (please give time to secure parking in one of the many local garages and lots), guests will be welcomed by our host and taken to their table. After a short welcome introduction, the presentation by a member of our team will begin. The group will learn Cincinnati Bourbon history, taste six unique single wood bourbons and create bourbon recipes to their tastes. The experience will last about an hour. After creating their recipe, participants will be able to order their bottle to be ready for pick up before they leave!

  • After you go through the experience, you have the option to buy your Personal Stock Bourbon to be made and ready before you leave!

    NEW! Not a bourbon drinker? No problem. Enjoy our Revel Wine Tasting Option—six locally crafted, award-winning wines (3 white, 3 red) from Revel Urban Winery—while taking in the full Willow Run experience with your group.

    Well-behaved children are allowed in our experience room, but if they require a chair, a non-bourbon drinking option ticket would need to be purchased (we have great mocktails, soda, or can even swap out drink tickets for a bag of popcorn or a mini charcuterie board).

Our mini-charcuterie includes salami, cheese, crackers, and some of our bourbon pecans.

VIP recognition in experience, quarter bottle of sparkling wine, one each of our full-size bourbon popcorn varieties to take home, more customized bottle label with bottle purchase (upon requests and with limitations – bottles are $49.99), a Willow Run merch pack (1862 Jerry Thomas cocktail book, funny bourbon sign, koozie, and sticker), and an optional social media call out as a VIP!

If you plan to buy a bottle during your visit (Custom Bottles are $49.99, optional after your experience)… we welcome you to stick around in the bar area to paint your bottle! You’ll receive a cocktail, a cup of our delicious popcorn, and access to our fast-drying, acrylic, glass paint pens to add even more customization to your bottle.

  • Valid, unexpired identification required (Drivers License/State Issued ID, Passport or Military ID)
  • Experiences begin promptly at their scheduled time
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
  • Willow Run reserves the right to limit or halt alcohol consumption by guests for any reason and at any time
  • All reservations sales are final. No refunds are offered, but you may reschedule to a future date with 24 hours notice
  • To reschedule, you must do this prior to the experience beginning by calling us during normal business hours or emailing info@willowrunbourbon.com.
  • By scheduling this, you have read and agreed to these reservation policies.
  • This ticket is a revocable single use license granted by Willow Run to the user for access to the public premises. In consideration of this license, user grants to Willow Run the unrestricted right and likeness to use, sell, or license for use, each users’ likeness for any broadcast, film, or photograph made during any visit.
