An Interactive Bourbon & Cocktail Journey from the 1800s
CLASSIC FORMAT: Custom Bourbon Experience
This is the CLASSIC 45 minute to an hour custom bourbon experience we offer at our downtown location. You and your guests will learn the history of bourbon in Cincinnati – taste uniquely finished bourbons and craft your own personal bourbon. Dinner or other group events are also available in this format.
Includes live experience with storytelling, six bourbons for tasting + blending.
OPEN BAR FORMAT: Custom Bourbon Machine & Old Fashioneds
This is a one-of-a-kind experience that can be added to your event. It’s a 2 hour open bar (or until bourbon runs out) option where we bring our WoodCraft Bourbon Blender Machine to your event and create made to order custom bourbons for your guests. Guests choose their bourbon to be served neat, on the rocks or as an 1800s-style Old Fashioned.
Includes Willow Run staff to operate machine for two hours, custom bourbon machine brought at your location of choice and custom made drinks for your guests.

LOCATION A: Willow Run, Our Location Downtown Cincinnati
We can host you at our location downtown Cincinnati at 645 Walnut St., at the corner of 7th and Walnut. This space includes a two intimate tasting rooms and a historic 1800’s theme. We offer a minor selection of small bites and snacks like: soft pretzels, mini charcuterie board, nuts/dried fruit, popcorn, etc. You can also provide your own catering option by special arrangement.
LOCATION B: Your Venue
All custom bourbon & cocktail experiences can be held anywhere as private events at homes, offices, clubs, restaurants or bars. In keeping with Ohio Law, if the venue is not “licensed for alcohol sales”, then the bourbon for the event must be purchased at our location in advance of the event and cannot be sold.
