Full or Part-Time Bourbon Experience Facilitator / Bartender 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Reports to: Willow Run General Manager

Position Summary: The Bourbon Experience Facilitator is expected to teach and lead classes held throughout the day. Guides are to hold engaging and educational experiences about bourbon in both small and large group settings. Experience Guides assist guests in making their own custom bourbon, learning how to taste different bourbons, and understanding bourbon history.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead private tour groups through the Bourbon Blending Experience, coaching and guiding guests throughout the process.
  • Ensure world-class guest experience and business operations in every facet of bourbon blending attraction.
  •  Ensures Barrels & Billets experience opens and closes according to policy during MOD shifts
  •  Set up and break down of group tour and blending experience.
  •  Ensure glasses, utensils and serving areas remain clean and organized.
  •  Able to handle sales transactions at the cash register.

Other Duties:

  • Work nights and weekends as needed
  • Perform other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required-Equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years experience in service industry and/or hospitality
  • Experience with retail sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of bourbon beneficial
